Faculty

Rice MECH is home to 16 tenured and tenure-track faculty, each of whom teach undergraduate and graduate courses and conduct research, and four non-tenure-track faculty focused on education, all with PhDs in engineering and a diverse array of industrial backgrounds, including a former astronaut.
